Can I use just one or two StageOne services, or do I have to book the full package?
All our services are available individually or bundled together. Whether you need styling alone or prefer our comprehensive real estate support, we tailor the experience to suit your needs.
What areas do you service?
We work across Brisbane, Ipswich and the northern suburbs, including Ripley, Ashgrove, Bardon and Deception Bay. If you’re unsure whether we cover your area, just ask.
What does pre-sale property styling include?
Our styling service includes furniture hire, artwork, soft furnishings, and accessories. We handle full installation before photography and open homes, then pack down and remove everything once the property sells. Our collection has over $1.2 million worth of furniture which ensures we have plenty of options to suit every property.
Do you offer custom quotes?
How do I access the ‘pay on settlement’ option?
Once you’re working with a licensed agent and have equity in the property, you may be eligible to finance your styling and spruce costs through our SaleFunder partnership. Our team will be able to guide you through the process if you are eligible.

What if the furniture I hire is damaged?
We know accidents happen!
Our insurance covers fire, theft, or accidental damage. However, we just need you to:
